JLC Subscription Ticket Order Form

As a JLC Subscriber, you realize exceptional benefits:

• NO exchange or handling fees and easy exchange policy.
• Purchase additional professional series tickets at subscriber prices for the remaining season —
  a great benefit to share with friends.
• Best seats available.

To become a JLC Subscriber simply:

• Purchase tickets to three different Professional Series performances and save 15%.

Discount applicable to all seating levels for Professional Touring Series until September 19, 2011 and is subject to availability, JLC facility fee applies. Ticket purchases are non-refundable, but subscribers can easily exchange tickets for other events within the series up to 24 hours in advance during regular box office business hours. All exchanges must be arranged prior to the performance date and are subject to availability.

Tickets you are unable to use may be donated back to the James Lumber Center Performing Arts Scholarship Fund. This scholarship is designed for students studying dance, music or theatre at the College of Lake County.

General Ticket Information

Handling Charges

There is a $3.00 non-refundable ticket handling fee for all mail, fax, email, internet and telephone ticket orders. A convenience fee of $2.00 per ticket will also be assessed by Choice Ticketing for all online ticket sales.

Facility Fees

A $1.00 JLC Facility Fee will be assessed to each ticket purchased for all events held in the James Lumber Center. This fee is non-refundable and will be used to help upgrade the center facility and equipment.

Refund and Exchange Policy

There will be a $1.00 per ticket fee assessed for all ticket exchanges, which must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance of performance and is dependent upon availability. All ticket sales are final with no refunds.

Ticket Delivery

Tickets purchased more than seven days prior to an event will be mailed. (Excluding CLC student tickets which require ID.) For tickets purchased less than seven days in advance, tickets will be available at the Box Office window for pick up. (Excluding events held in the C-wing Auditorium.)

C-wing Auditorium (C-005) events

For tickets purchased less than seven days in advance, C-wing Auditorium tickets will be held at the door. Tickets can also be purchased 30 minutes prior to each event outside the doors (C-005) depending upon availability. (Cash and check only.)

• Group rates offering even greater price savings are available for many events. It's a great way for you and your co-workers, family, friends, club members, neighbors or organization to enjoy an exciting evening of top-notch entertainment seated together! • Current CLC Students are eligible for $15 tickets (applies to Level III seating only) for all Professional Touring events in the Mainstage Theatre. Limit 2 tickets per current student ID. All student tickets ordered online will be held at the Box Office window for pick-up. Students must present a valid, current CLC student ID or class schedule to receive this discount.
• CLC Alumni who have paid their current alumni association dues are eligible for a discount. Limit 2 tickets per alumni.
• CLC Staff discounts are available for some events, with college ID, limit 2 tickets per ID.

Gift Certificates

James Lumber Center gift certificates are convenient for any special occasion and can be used toward ANY event in the James Lumber Center. Contact the CLC Box Office for details at (847) 543-2300.

Other Box Office Amenities

The JLC Box Office sells discounted movie passes: Regal, Marcus and AMC. We also have discounted Six Flags Great America passes. We accept cash, personal check or credit card as forms of payment. Please call the JLC Box Office for more details at (847) 543-2300, option 5.

Patrons with Special Needs

The James Lumber Center for the Performing Arts is ADA compliant. It is wheelchair accessible with an assistive hearing device, Braille signage and other amenities. To arrange services, contact the Office for Students with Disabilities at least two weeks in advance at (847) 543-2474 or (847) 223-0134 (TTY).

House Policies

Backstage Access

Access to all backstage, catwalk and tech booth areas is limited to authorized personnel only. Violators will be promptly escorted from the building.

Photographs, Video and Audio Recordings

Flash or still photographs, audio and/or video recording are strictly prohibited without prior approval.

Electronic Equipment

The use of cellular phones, alarm watches, beepers or any other electronic paging system are strictly prohibited within any performance area. Please turn off or check equipment at the box office before entering the theatres.

Smoking

The James Lumber Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is prohibited up to twenty (20) feet from all outside entrance doors.

Late Arrivals

Theatre doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to each performance. Latecomers will be asked to wait in the lobby to be seated by an usher. Late seating is at the discretion of the James Lumber Center management.

Early Departures

If you must leave early, we ask that you do so at the end of an act or song. Readmittance will be at the discretion of the James Lumber Center management.

Children

Children are welcome to attend age-appropriate programming at the James Lumber Center. We ask your cooperation in removing crying or otherwise disruptive children from the audience. All children must have a ticket to enter the theatre.
